Reporting obligations, greener products and processes, and the funding to pay for the transition — IRDG treats sustainability as innovation work: a peer forum, training, direct support and funding navigation.
Peer group
The Sustainability Leaders Forum.
The people carrying sustainability briefs in member companies, comparing how the work is actually being done — reporting obligations, product and process change, supplier questions and what has worked elsewhere in the network. Sessions run at member sites and online, and are announced on the events platform.

Training, direct support and funding.
Training
Sustainability is one of IRDG Innovation Skillnet's training pillars, alongside AI, digitalisation and innovation management. Courses run through the year at Skillnet-supported rates for eligible companies; CSRD training ran in 2025 and current dates are on the events platform.
Direct support
Julia works with member companies one-to-one on sustainability and innovation services questions — where to start, what peers have done, and which of the network's routes fits the problem in front of you.
Funding
Grants, EU programmes and supports exist for sustainability-driven projects, and finding the right one is itself a barrier. IRDG helps members make an informed first pass and reach the right agency conversation prepared.
